Community Rental Program
Host your rehearsal, board meeting, special event, or business retreat at the Kanbar Performing Arts Center (KPAC). Located at 44 Page Street in San Francisco's vibrant Civic Center/Hayes Valley neighborhood, we offer multiple spaces of varying sizes available for short-term and recurring rentals. Many performing arts groups, nonprofits organizations, and other businesses use KPAC facilities on a regular basis.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Subject to availability, KPAC facilities are available for rental between 7:00am - 11:00pm.
AVAILABLE SPACES:
Current flexible-use spaces available for rental include Chorissima Hall (First Floor); Level II Room, Level III Room, and Level IV Room (Third Floor). See photos below.
AMENITIES:
Each space contains carpeted flooring and an upright or grand piano. All rentals include the presence of a lobby security guard as well as access to private bathrooms and water dispensers. WiFi is available in 1st and 3rd-floor spaces. Folding chairs and tables are available, upon request.
